Payment Options
Payment is due at the completion of your visit. For hospitalized patients or extended treatments, a deposit may be required. Our fees are based on current veterinary standards, and detailed estimates are available upon request. While we strive to provide accurate estimates, medical situations can change unexpectedly.

Appointments
Appointments are recommended to ensure dedicated time with our veterinary team. Walk-ins are welcome; however, unless the situation is an emergency, walk-in visits will be scheduled between existing appointments. Drop-off appointments are also available. Your pet will be examined by a veterinarian, and we will contact you to discuss findings and recommendations.
Restraints
For the safety of pets, clients, and staff, all dogs must be on a leash and all cats or small pets must be secured in an appropriate carrier. If needed, we are happy to assist you upon arrival.
Patient Discharges
To ensure safety and proper communication, patient discharges occur during regular office hours only. All pets are discharged under the supervision of a veterinarian or registered veterinary technician to review care instructions and answer any questions.

We are always happy to discuss concerns about your pet’s health. However, we are unable to diagnose or treat medical conditions without performing a physical examination. Scheduling an appointment ensures your pet receives accurate and appropriate care.
